What Is Covered

What Is Not Covered Under the Guarantee

  • Original shipping and handling fees (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — see Section 6)
  • Orders placed outside the 30-day window
  • Products that have been reported as misused, intentionally damaged, or tampered with

Refund Processing Timeline

Once your refund request is reviewed and approved:

  • You will receive a confirmation email within 2–3 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, the funds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
  • In total, please allow up to 14 business days from the date of approval for the refund to fully reflect.

Note: We do not issue refunds in the form of store credit or gift cards unless specifically requested by the customer.


2. Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes customers change their minds shortly after placing an order. However, because our fulfillment system is designed to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, we can only accommodate cancellations within a very limited timeframe.

Cancellation Window

Our team monitors cancellation requests closely. If your request is received within the valid window, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

After the 30-Minute Window

If the 30-minute cancellation window has passed, your order can no longer be cancelled. However, you remain fully protected under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee once the product has been delivered. Simply contact us after receiving your order to initiate a refund.

Important Notes on Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests sent after 30 minutes will not be honored regardless of circumstances, as orders enter automated fulfillment immediately.
  • If you placed a duplicate order accidentally, please contact us immediately — we will do our best to resolve this within the available window.
  • Cancellations are not available for orders that have already been shipped, even if the 30-minute window has not yet elapsed.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging and quality-checking every order before it leaves our facility. However, on rare occasions, items may arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to transit or fulfillment errors. In such cases, we take full responsibility.

Reporting a Problem

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered:

  • Include the following:
    • Your Full Name and Order Number

Resolution Options

Upon verification, we will offer you one of the following solutions at no additional cost to you:

  • Full Replacement — We will ship a new, correct item to you free of charge.
  • Full Refund — We will issue a complete refund including original shipping costs.

The resolution method will be agreed upon between you and our support team based on your preference and product availability.

Note: Damage caused by improper use, mishandling by the customer, or normal wear and tear does not qualify under this section.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

While we strive to accommodate every customer fairly, refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The refund request is submitted after the 30-day window from delivery has passed.
  • The product shows clear signs of misuse, deliberate damage, or tampering.
  • The product has been fully consumed and the request is based purely on personal preference after the 30-day period.

  • The customer fails to respond to our follow-up communications within 7 days after a refund request is initiated, causing the case to be closed.

5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you received an incorrect or defective item, please refer to Section 3 above. If you simply wish to try a different product variant, we recommend requesting a refund under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and placing a new order separately.


6. Shipping Costs & Return Shipping

  • In most refund cases covered under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, you are not required to return the product unless specifically instructed by our support team.
  • If a physical return is required, our team will provide you with clear instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.
  • If you are asked to return an item and choose to ship it without a prepaid label, return shipping costs will be at your own expense unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
