Please read this Shipping Policy carefully to understand our processing times, delivery estimates, shipping practices, and what to do if an issue arises with your shipment.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
Before your order is handed over to a shipping carrier, it must first go through our internal processing and fulfillment procedure.
Processing Timeline
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.
- Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
- During high-demand periods such as sales events, product launches, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. We will communicate any significant delays via email.
What Happens During Processing?
During the processing period, our fulfillment team:
- Verifies and confirms your payment.
- Quality-checks and carefully packages your item(s).
- Generates your shipping label and tracking information.
- Hands your order over to the designated shipping carrier.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has left our facility.
Please Note: Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time. Your total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
2. Shipping & Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated transit time to reach you is as follows:

- Delivery estimates begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date of purchase.
- Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in both the origin and destination country.

When combining processing and shipping time, your order is expected to arrive within:
7–15 Business Days from the date of purchase (under normal circumstances)

International Shipping Notes
- International delivery times may vary depending on your country's customs processing speed and local postal infrastructure.
- Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times than major urban centers.
- Some countries may have import restrictions on certain product types. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the product is permitted for import in their country.
4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders, your shipment may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by your country's government or customs authority.
Important Points
- These additional charges are entirely outside of our control and are not included in your order total at checkout.
- Customs fees and import duties are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery or clearance.
- We are legally required to declare the accurate value and contents of all international shipments on customs documentation. We are unable to mark shipments as "gifts" or undervalue declarations to avoid customs fees.
- Delays caused by customs processing are beyond our control and are not factored into our standard delivery estimates.
We strongly recommend checking with your local customs authority regarding applicable fees before placing your international order.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Your unique tracking number
- The name of the carrier handling your shipment
- A direct tracking link so you can monitor your package in real time
Tracking Tips
- It may take 24–48 hours after dispatch for your tracking number to become active and show movement in the carrier's system.
- If your tracking information has not updated for several days, this may be due to a gap in carrier scanning — this is common for international shipments and does not necessarily mean your package is lost.
- If tracking shows no update for more than 10 business days, please contact us at alvoriaservice@gmail.com and we will investigate on your behalf.
6. Shipping Delays
While we always strive to meet our estimated delivery windows, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- High-volume shipping periods (holiday seasons, sales events)
- Severe weather conditions or natural disasters
- Customs clearance delays for international shipments
- Carrier disruptions, strikes, or operational issues
- Political events or government-imposed restrictions affecting cross-border shipping
In the event of a significant delay, we will make every reasonable effort to communicate with you and provide updated information. However, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or external events.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Lost in Transit
If your tracking information shows that your package has not moved for an extended period or is significantly overdue beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at alvoriaservice@gmail.com with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Tracking number
- Current tracking status
We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. If the package is confirmed as lost, we will arrange a free replacement shipment or issue a full refund at your preference.
Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:
- Check all entry points of your property including mailboxes, porches, and secure locations.
- Check with neighbors or building management in case it was left with them.
- Wait 24–48 hours — carriers occasionally update tracking status early.
- If still not found, contact us at alvoriaservice@gmail.com within 5 days of the marked delivery date.
We will work with the carrier to investigate. Please note that we are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered to the correct address that are subsequently stolen. We encourage customers to ensure a secure delivery location is provided at checkout.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
It is the customer's full responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate, complete, and properly formatted.
If You Need to Update Your Address
- Address changes can only be accommodated within the 30-minute cancellation window after placing your order.
- To update your address, contact us immediately at alvoriaservice@gmail.com with your order number and the corrected address.
- After the 30-minute window, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made as your order may have already been processed and dispatched.
Returned Packages Due to Address Errors
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer:
- We will contact you via email to arrange reshipment.
- Reshipment costs will be charged to the customer.
- Alternatively, we can issue a partial refund of the product cost, excluding any original and return shipping fees.
9. Damaged Items During Shipping
Despite our careful packaging standards, items may occasionally be damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged:

- Use the subject line: "DAMAGED ITEM – [Your Order Number]"
- Include clear photographs showing the damage to both the packaging and the product.
Upon verification, we will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund including original shipping costs — whichever you prefer.
10. Multiple Item Orders
If you order multiple items in a single transaction:
- All items will typically be shipped together in one package where possible.
- In some cases, items may be shipped separately from different fulfillment locations. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
- There will be no additional shipping charges for split shipments.
